Celebrated makers of the period, including Levi’s, Simmons Bilt, Knopff, and H&L Block, each offered their interpretation of this enduring silhouette. While originals were often left unlined for practicality, our version introduces a curated selection of linings, allowing for a more versatile and elevated wearing experience.

Our design is inspired by an exceptionally rare original, distinguished by its softly rounded shawl collar and elegantly proportioned patch pockets with curved bases—details that lend the jacket a relaxed yet sophisticated character. The silhouette echoes the spirit of the A-1, reimagined without knits and enhanced by subtle angular side gussets that shape the waist with quiet precision.
