How to measure yourself for jacket ordering.

Please let us have the following 5 measurements before you order.

1. Your Height
2. Your Weight
3. Your Chest circumference (wearing a t-shirt only).

Use a measuring tape and measure around your chest (at nipples level).

4. Your Waist circumference (at belly button level).

5. Your Lower Waist circumference (at belt level).

With the arms relaxed and down at the side, measure around the shoulders just above the biceps. (Don’t take this measurement yourself, ask somebody else to help you so that you have both your arms down at the sides during measurement).

Wolfpack

Wolfpack

£1,540.00

This jacket is based on a beautiful original WWII A-2 jacket.

The artwork on the back was replicated by our brilliant artist to be an exact match of the original as shown in the image of the vintage included herewith. The original has been the subject of admiration by many and its photo has even been published in one of the many books about flight jackets.

The ‘Wolfpack’ noseart seemingly belonged to a B-17 Flying Fortress which served in the 730th Bomb Squadron stationed in the West of England. The name ‘Wolfpack’ was not uncommon at the time. It was used on several airplanes and appears also in the nickname of the famous ‘Zemke’s Wolf Pack" of the 56th Fighter Group, 8th Air Force. But undoubtedly, the one with the most interesting painting of all is the one we have chosen to reproduce.

The jacket features:

  • Hand painted 730th Bomb Squadron patch
  • Hand painted ‘Wolfpack’ nosart design
